The company's products take polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) as the main base materials. Relying on advanced technologies such as high-definition color printing, precise lamination, automatic folding, numerical control cutting and sewing, and multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing,
it has built a full-link precision manufacturing system, which is widely used in industrial fields such as fertilizers, chemicals and food. The new production line further realizes process upgrading, introduces self-woven base cloth technology, runs through the complete process from raw materials to finished products, covering core processes such as color printing, lamination, folding, cutting and sewing, and film blowing. The main products include high-end color plastic composite packaging bags and ordinary plastic woven bags.

OUR SOLUTION
In July 2025, the new project of Jiuyuan Company officially passed the project approval and will launch the construction of a new intelligent production base in Yihe New Area, Linyi City. Covering an area of more than 200 mu, the project is committed to building a benchmark for intelligent manufacturing of plastic woven bags leading in China.
The first phase of the project has a construction area of 80,838 square meters and is expected to be fully put into production in February 2026. At that time, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 308 million chemical-grade, food-grade woven bags and ton bags.
The new base will introduce more than 400 sets of advanced equipment, including Hengli high-speed wire drawing machines, Hengli circular weaving machines, electronic shaft high-speed color printing machines, laminating machines, film blowing machines and integrated cutting, sleeve and sewing machines, to fully realize automated and digital production.
By deeply integrating the ERP and MES systems,
we will build a full-link traceability system from raw materials to finished products, implement a "one bag, one code" quality control mechanism, and each packaging bag will be assigned a unique identity.
Focus on R&D of degradable and bio-based materials to lead the environmental transformation of the industry; expand high-end markets such as food and new materials to enhance international competitiveness.
Construct intelligent demonstration production lines to build "lights-out factories" and an industrial internet platform; deepen cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions to establish an innovation system integrating industry, education and research.
