Shandong Xianglong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is a core wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Xianglong Industrial Group, one of China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises. Founded on April 12, 2004, it has a paid-in registered capital of 30 million yuan, with its headquarters located at Xiangjiang Building, No. 78 Mengshan Avenue, Lanshan District, Linyi City, Shandong Province.
As an important segment of the Group’s “One Body, Two Wings” strategy, the company relies on the parent group’s full industrial chain advantages in Xianglong Iron and Steel, Shikefeng Chemical, international trade and real estate development. With more than 20 years of deep cultivation in the construction engineering field, it has now formed three core business systems: civil real estate development, steel structure engineering general contracting, and overseas EPC services.
The company holds the Class 3 Real Estate Development Qualification and Professional Contracting Qualification for Steel Structure Engineering, and is capable of independently providing the whole-process services including design, fabrication, construction and installation for various steel structure projects. It is a comprehensive engineering enterprise in China with both real estate development capacity and full industrial chain strength in steel structures.
