Shandong CCHCHydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd., established in February 2010, is affiliated with Shandong Changlin Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and a subsidiary of Shandong Xianglong Investment. With a registered capital of 100 million yuan and a staff of 300-399, we are a pioneer and forerunner in China's domestic hydraulic industry, focusing on the R&D, production, sales, and maintenance of hydraulic systems, components, and complete sets of products. Our products cover construction machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, port equipment, and other fields.
Core Achievements
- Technology & R&D Strength: We have obtained 103 authorized patents (including invention patents and utility model patents) and 5 software copyrights. We have participated in formulating 5 national and industrial standards and 4 group standards, and are an important participant in the formulation of hydraulic industry standards in China. Our independently developed 8.5-40T series of high-end hydraulic components and systems have reached the international advanced level, and we have mature design and manufacturing capabilities for full-series excavator hydraulic parts of 6-300 tons. In 2024, we developed 10 new products, 8 of which (such as the "one pump and two motors" component for cotton picking machinery) have been successfully put into production and achieved good benefits.
- Production & Quality Upgrade: In 2024, we invested 10 million yuan to complete the CNC automation upgrade of 4 production lines, reducing costs by 8 million yuan and greatly improving product quality and production efficiency. We have been recognized as a "Little Giant Enterprise of Specialization, Refinement, Characteristics and Innovation", and are a core supplier in China's high-end hydraulic parts field.
- Market & Customer Recognition: We have successfully entered the supplier system of leading domestic construction machinery OEMs such as XCMG, Sany Heavy Industry and Lingong. In 2024, the overall sales volume increased by 50% year-on-year, and it is expected to grow by more than 30% in 2025, maintaining a full-load production state for a long time.
Export Situation
- Export Performance: In the first two months of 2024, our foreign trade export reached 250,000 US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 240%. The total sales volume in the same period was 48 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13%. Our export products are mainly high-end hydraulic components and hydraulic systems, adapting to the needs of overseas markets for construction machinery and agricultural machinery.
- Export Layout & Markets: We are actively exploring the global market, relying on digital and intelligent production advantages to enhance the cost performance and competitiveness of our products in the international market. We focus on deploying in regions with strong demand for construction machinery and agricultural machinery such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and gradually establish an overseas sales and service network.
