Shandong Changlin Foundry Co., Ltd. is a core precision casting enterprise under Shandong Changlin Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (originally a joint venture between Changlin Group and Spain ACL Foundrymatic, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group). Registered on June 12, 2006, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, it is located at No. 112 Changlin West Street, Linshu County, Shandong Province.
Company Introduction
- Scale & Production Capacity: Covering an area of about 40,000-80,000 square meters, with a total asset of about 180-460 million yuan and 368-510 employees (including 18 professional and technical personnel), the annual production capacity of ferrous metal castings is 120,000 tons.
- Core Products: Focusing on precision castings of gray cast iron and ductile iron, covering high-end parts such as automobile engines, construction machinery, hydraulic/pneumatic components, pumps, valves and refrigeration machines.
- Technology & Qualifications: Equipped with world-class equipment such as Spain Loramendi automatic molding line, Germany HWS static pressure molding line and USA Inductotherm electric furnace. It has passed ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO14001 system certifications, and is the drafter of the industry standard "Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Cast Iron Parts in Hydraulic Transmission" of China Hydraulic Standardization Committee.

- Technology & R&D: Obtained 11 invention patents and developed more than 50 new products every year. The independently developed hydraulic multi-way valve body and FIAT E6 cylinder block won the "High-Quality Casting Gold Award" at the Industry Expo. The hydraulic multi-way valve body is known as "the representative of China's key casting parts" and is collected by the China Casting Museum. Built a digital intelligent casting workshop, which was selected as a Shandong Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Project.
- Market & Supporting: Domestic core supporting: Preferred supplier for leading enterprises such as Sany Heavy Industry, XCMG, Lingong, Liugong, Lishide, Chery, Geely and GAC. It is the exclusive supporting supplier for the chassis castings of Sany large excavators, with a maximum annual cylinder block supporting capacity of 160,000 pieces. International customers: Long-term cooperative partners with world-renowned enterprises such as Fiat, Daewoo, Mazak, Eaton and Steyr.
- Honors & Qualifications: National High-tech Enterprise, Excellent Supplier of China Automobile Castings. The first batch of Intelligent Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) Demonstration Enterprises in Shandong Province and the Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Enterprise in Linyi City. In 2021, it achieved an output value of 486 million yuan, a profit of 20.02 million yuan and a tax of 9.2 million yuan.
