Founded in March 2016, Shandong Sanhe Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Linshu Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province. Covering a total area of 66,660 square meters (100 mu), the company owns 30,000 ㎡ standard workshops and a 666 ㎡ dedicated R&D, testing and inspection center. Equipped with 6 automated dismantling production lines and 68 sets of professional processing equipment, we can dismantle over 50,000 units of end-of-life agricultural machinery annually.
As a new-type enterprise focusing on resource recycling, we feature complete qualifications, standardized dismantling procedures, digital information supervision, remanufacturing and intelligent agricultural machinery R&D. Our self-developed Scrapped Agricultural Machinery Management System won the Second Prize of Taishan Agricultural Machinery Science and Technology Award. It is seamlessly connected to the national agricultural machinery scrappage subsidy auxiliary management system for data sharing, facilitating farmers’ scrappage registration, enterprise operation and government supervision. Another digital platform, Yimeng Comprehensive Socialized Agricultural Machinery Service Platform, has been piloted in Linshu County for nationwide promotion.
We have developed core technologies for pollution-free crushing and dry cleaning of scrapped agricultural machinery engines, with an automated cleaning control system for crushing production lines under patent application. Our remote real-time monitoring system for frame and engine dismantling realizes full-process traceability for regulatory authorities.
National-level Qualifications & Honors
We are one of China’s earliest enterprises engaged in remanufacturing of scrapped agricultural machinery parts. Our remanufacturing project is listed as a Key Construction Project by the National Development and Reform Commission, and we are designated as a Pilot Unit for Remanufacturing of Scrapped Agricultural Machinery Spare Parts by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
Future Development Plan
We will continuously expand our national recycling network, boost R&D of new energy and intelligent agricultural machinery, build a full closed-loop industrial chain covering recycling, dismantling, spare parts remanufacturing and complete machine service, and explore overseas markets. We strive to build a national demonstration base and industrial cluster for scrapped agricultural machinery remanufacturing.
