Product Technology and Material Innovation

Our products mainly use polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) as base materials. Relying on advanced technologies including high-definition color printing, precise laminating, automatic edge folding, CNC cutting and sewing, and multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing, we have established a full-chain precision manufacturing system. Our products are widely used in industrial fields such as fertilizer, chemical and food industries.

The newly built production line has further upgraded the manufacturing process by introducing self-woven fabric technology, covering the complete process from raw materials to finished products, including core procedures such as color printing, laminating, edge folding, cutting and sewing, and film blowing. Our main products include high-grade color plastic composite packaging bags and ordinary plastic woven bags.

In material R&D, the company continuously promotes a technology innovation strategy, focusing on the development of eco-friendly degradable PP and PE materials, and actively promotes the application of environment-friendly inks. We are committed to achieving a dual breakthrough in product sustainability and performance.
