Our German type stoning hammer is precision manufactured in strict compliance with DIN 6475 German industrial standard, tailored for global export markets. The hammer head is integrally drop-forged from high-quality 45# carbon steel / special tool steel, with professional heat treatment to ensure superior hardness, wear resistance and impact durability. The working face is precisely quenched to HRC 45–58, meeting the strict requirements of industrial heavy-duty operations, while the surface is treated with black powder coating or black oxide for excellent anti-rust performance. This stoning hammer covers a complete nominal weight range from 0.8kg to 6.0kg, with standard square hammer head sizes and matched handle lengths, to meet diverse working demands in different scenarios. All products are strictly controlled with weight tolerance within ±3% and dimensional tolerance within ±1.5mm, ensuring consistent quality for bulk export orders.
Four handle types are available to satisfy different market and application requirements:
- Fiberglass Handle: High-strength glass fiber core with TPR non-slip coating, featuring excellent shock absorption, bending resistance and fracture resistance. It is lightweight, durable for long-term heavy-duty use, and available with GS/TÜV certification for EU market access.
- Plastic Coated Handle: Solid inner core with full plastic coated surface, integrated anti-slip texture design. It is lightweight, comfortable to hold, easy to clean and maintain, with good oil and low temperature resistance, ideal for general industrial and daily use.
- Steel Tube Handle: Thickened cold-rolled steel tube with anti-rust coating, fixed by hydraulic pressing and special structural adhesive. It has ultra-high strength, excellent drop resistance, and ensures no loosening even after long-term frequent impact, perfect for mining, construction and other heavy industrial scenarios.
- Wooden HandleHigh-quality walnut or hickory wood with stable moisture content, fixed by wood wedge and epoxy glue for tight connection. It provides traditional comfortable grip, with good anti-slip performance, suitable for professional stone workers and traditional operation scenarios.

Standard export packaging is adopted: each hammer is packed in an OPP plastic bag or custom printed color box, with 50 pieces packed into one reinforced export carton, to ensure safe long-distance transportation and avoid damage during delivery.
